15 July 2010: Concert by Wim den Herder

Admirers of the classical music have an opportunity to take part in a refreshing summer festival this July 7-16 and to listen to jazz and classical music pieces performed by young musicians who have already played at famous New York, London and Paris concert halls. Together with the music of J.S. Bach, W.A. Mozart and F. Chopin audience can listen to modern G. Gershwin‘s composition and jazz improvisation at the first-time-place-taking New Musical Generation event.

In the framework of the festival the jazz guitarist from the Netherlands Wim den Herder is giving a concert on Thursday, 15 July 2010. The concert starts at 20.00 hrs in Dance theatre (Kosciuskos str. 11, Vilnius). Wim den Herder will surprise audience with some visual effects as well as with incredible variations. Listeners will be able to enjoy improvisations together with performer’s video recorded performances which will be transmitted by the video projectors at the same time.
